Keemun Breakfast
Keemun Breakfast is hand picked, and processed by hand as well. This organic tea is from the famous hometown of black tea in Anhui Province, and is a very popular everyday tea. Compared to the Keemun Maofeng or Keemun Goden Needle, Breakfast Keemun (Qimen) is more finely chopped and is from a later picking. It is a slightly lower grade tea than other Keemun teas, and is a blend of late spring and early summer leaves.
This is a tea that infuses quickly, with a strong body and is ideal if you like to drink your tea with milk and sugar. While black tea is often taken with milk, sugar or other flavorings, we recommend enjoying our teas pure. For an everyday grade of black tea, Breakfast Keemun is an affordable option for people who like to start their day off with a strongly brewed cup of tea with less caffeine then a cup of coffee. This black tea will withstand its flavor and aroma over five infusions. It is also often enjoyed as an iced tea, which can be flavored with juice or by itself. Enjoy the intense red tea color, rich strong tannin taste with a lightly fruity aroma. Try blending this organic black tea with your favorite flavorings.
